The Society of American Military Engineers Chesapeake Post Applauds Scholarship Winners and Coordinator
The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) Chesapeake Post recognized student scholarship winners and Coordinator at a recent monthly luncheon meeting. Nearly 50 members and guests congratulated the recipients while enjoying a buffet lunch at Wetlands Golf Club and listening to presentations from camp scholarship recipient Paul Burke and Harford County’s Director of Public Works, Tim Whittie.

Post Scholarship and Education Outreach Fund
Our program will award
scholarships ranging from $600.00 to $1,000.00 to a
student entering their freshman, sophomore, junior,
or senior year of college.
Applicants interested in
consideration for a scholarship award should
complete the application forms and may submit them either by
regular mail or by e-mail. Applications must
include all items identified on the "Scholarship
Selection Criteria." Applications must be
received by March 31st 2013 to be considered for the
award in the 2013-2014 academic year.
